② Photography is not permitted in the Sunken Garden (south plaza of the building) and its stairs.
③ The east plaza cannot be used for photography when the Large Assembly Room is in use. Even after photography permission is granted, photography will not be possible if the Large Assembly Room becomes occupied.
④ Publications using photos and articles must be submitted to the Public Hall during the proofreading stage. If corrections are pointed out, you must follow the instructions and make the corrections.
⑤ For flyers, posters, etc., you must include the organizer's contact information as the inquiry contact. Do not include the Public Hall's phone number.
⑥ For publications, advertisements, and broadcast programs, our hall's public relations department will conduct advance project confirmation and proofreading confirmation before publication.
⑦ When publishing images of Osaka City Central Public Hall, you must include the credit 【©Osaka City Central Public Hall】.
